Set years after the first one, Tommy is adjusting to college life in Millerton. The day before Halloween, he goes out for a late night run for treats. When he comes across one of the evil pumpkins from his last trick ‘r treat as a kid, he’s thrown for a loop. Fearing the one that was controlling them has returned, he jumps headfirst into action.
